Have you ever wondered why you went to school and spent literally hundreds of thousands of dollars to learn a clinical discipline, yet you spend all of your time and energy trying to become a manager/salesperson/marketing/insurance expert?

Yep, just practice chiropractic and serve patients. That’s it. Focus on being the best doctor you can be without dealing with running a business, marketing, spending your weekends doing screenings and your lunch hours doing lunch and learns during the week, begging patients to sign up for care and sweating the bottom line at the end of the month when not enough of them do.

What a novel idea.

Well, you can. Be just a doctor, I mean.

Because we’re not looking for a salesperson. Or a screening tech. Or a marketer. Or a manager. Or an insurance expert.

We already have all of those jobs filled!

We do need a good doctor to join our team. Someone with good, gentle hands who can adjust full spine when necessary (including effective lumbar side-posture adjustments), but who can also tell when patients need a more low-force approach.

Someone with some people skills (they have to like you or they don’t come back). Someone who can see volume—we would be looking for an associate to adjust between 250-300 pv/wk once we have them fully integrated into the practice.

But no screenings. No lunch and learns. No first visit protocols to learn. No ROF protocols to learn. No conversations about financing. We have a team of seven other people handling all of that, including myself, the owner doctor.

Maybe you are just coming out of school and the thought of running a clinic is overwhelming. Maybe you have been in practice for years and are tired of trying to do everything yourself.

You don’t have to wear all the hats. If you can wear the doctor one well enough, we want to meet you to see if you might be a good fit for our team.

Base salary plus bonuses, six figure compensation very possible.
