Berkshire Family Chiropractic – Pittsfield MA
$40,000 – $150,000 a year
As an associate chiropractor at Berkshire Family Chiropractic, you will have an opportunity to do what you love – helping people. Our office is open Monday – Friday 8AM – 6PM and Saturdays 8AM – 12:30PM. You will be required to be available for minimum of 32 hours per week during the above office hours. You will play a vital role in patient care, education, retention, patient outcomes, and patient experience. You will be responsible for all levels of patient care.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
• Perform exams for patients
• X-ray analysis
• Review of findings with patients
• Adjust patients
• Engage in continuous company training events
• Internal and external marketing
Job Knowledge/Skills Required:
• Enthusiastic and passionate about health and our mission
• Strong and efficient adjusting skills – Diversified, SOT, FlexionDistraction
• The ability to complete a comprehensive initial chiropractic examination
• The ability to diagnose all items within the chiropractic scope of practice
• The ability to use critical thinking to create treatment plans for patients of all types and ages
• The ability to effectively communicate the process, treatment plans, financials etc. to patients
• The ability to create and build relationships in the community
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General knowledge / exposure to billing and practice management software
• Willingness to show genuine love and concern for the lives and outcomes of our patients
• Be a self-starter and team player
• Ability to work efficiently
Salary:
• This is a position for self-starters ready to hit the ground running.
• Salary is based on performance. We offer multiple reimbursement models to best accommodate the right candidate for this position.
• You will be stepping in for a retiring chiropractor with an existing patient base.
