Chiropractor needed in Africa
Change your life and the lives of hundreds of underprivileged in Africa. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our small non profit organisation providing free or affordable chiropractic care to a community in rural Uganda. If you are interested in becoming part of a team dedicated to changing lives, improving standards of care to those with little or no access to any form of health care, and being a pioneer of chiropractic in Africa then we are eager to hear from you. Patient cases are varied and most will have no alternative for treatment. You will need to be confident and willing to work and live outside of your comfort zone. You will be responsible for managing patients at our primary clinic and becoming a member of our multidisciplinary team to our outreach projects into surrounding villages. Uganda is a beautiful and safe country with welcoming and friendly people. English is widely spoken as it is the national language. Jinja town lies at the source of the Nile as it leaves Lake Victoria on its long journey north to the Mediterranean.
This is a full time position for at least 6 months. But we are happy to hear from anyone interested in coming to provide vital care to those in need.
The position is with a non profit organisation providing free treatment and as such is a voluntary position however most expenses in country will be covered and some locum work will be available.
