The associate will be responsible for knowing, understanding and handling all administrative aspects of the practice including insurance duties, scheduling, follow-up calls, doctor notes on EHR software, marketing, training staff, etc. The doctor will know how to perform all duties within the clinic once the training period is over. He or she will perform patient consultations, examinations, diagnose problems, and provide patients with a treatment plan that is to be executed through follow-up visits. This chiropractor must have an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional skills and the ability to quot jump inquot and take initiative from the start. The candidate must be coachable by his or her management team.
