Associate/Buy-out/IC: HIGHLY profitable small town setting!
Profit-sharing, generous percentage-based offer for an Associate/IC for a very profitable office in a beautiful, small town Americana setting. Over the past 3 years I have averaged over $120K gross/year with MINIMAL advertising. My rent (INCLUDING utilities) is currently $500/Month (Yes, $6,000 for the WHOLE year!). These numbers were while the office was open a maximum of 34 hours a week. Much of that time it was less. Come in and run my office and SPLIT the profits with me! As in 50/50. Period. Possible buy-out over time, possibly quickly, possible long-term employment if no buy-out wanted.
I am not, by my nature, a high-volume DC. I have NEVER pushed to get more patients into the office, and actually wish I were seeing fewer! IF you put out the energy to get more people in the door, you can do so. Prior Doc, before his family decided he was moving had the practice up to grossing nearly $200K/year-and he also did not like advertising! Then his family moved and he let the numbers dwindle as he was trying to sell. The second I came into town, it started building back up, but as I said, I do not like to see a lot of patients. I tend to spend more time and chat and get to know them more than a lot of DC’s. I do minimal marketing (a couple of local health fairs a year).

The town is a GREAT little home-town kind of community in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. It is one of the fastest-growing tourist areas in the country, and this little town is one of the focuses of that movement. Still VERY affordable, but definitely on the UP in many, many ways! GREAT small-town, family feel!
