You will basically have the reign of the complete office.
The office is 700 square ft. with 1 closed office space to share. No x-ray room, however, a small hospital is our neighbor with walk-in X-ray capability.
3 options available: Rental of 80/day or $5/30min (massage)/ or 12%. All Negotiable. Open to suggestions
Must have liability insurance.
2 line phone, Electricity/gas, Internet connection, Eclipse EHR bathroom, , plenty of parking.
Furnished office space with therapy tables (minus your therapy table, if needed, or you can use mine)
Comfortable place on inside. We try to keep it warm, clean, and cozy. It could use a paint job on the outside. 🙂
Great for those already practicing and know their client base, looking to transfer offices or for new graduates fresh out of school. No commitments. No contracts (unless you want to write something up)
