Our clinic is located at the busy intersection of Avenida de Los Arboles and Moorpark Road in a building with many other medical, dental and business offices.

First and last month rental fee required up front.
Must maintain own general liability insurance.

ROOM 1
This is the main room of the clinic. It is just short of 10′ x 10′ at 95sqft. It can be rented for the entire month or shared. It features two large windows and a bookcase on one wall. The windows have draw down blinds which lets in a lot of light but is also obscured for privacy. The desk is optional and can be removed upon request.
The room is fully furnished for sharing tenants or a monthly tenant can decorate it to their liking. It is currently set up for acupuncture, chiropractic, or massage.

1 day a week: $200.00/month ($50/day)*
2 days a week: $375.00/month ($46/day)*
3 days a week: $500.00/month ($41/day)*
4 days a week: $600.00/month ($37/day)*
Weekends only: $350.00/month ($43/day)*
Entire month: $750.00/month($25/day)*
Add on days are available at $75.00 per day

ROOM 2
This room is 9′ 7quot x 7′ 7quot or 73sqft. only available to share. It is fully furnished for acupuncture, chiropractic or massage. The room also has two windows with draw down blinds which lets in a lot of light but is also obscured for privacy. It features a bookcase, cabinet and Japanese Tansu. This room is currently only open Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

2 days a week: $325.00/month ($40/day)*
3 days a week: $450.00/month ($37/day)*
4 days a week: $550.00/month ($34/day)*
