Great CBP setup office in Denver, CO complete with DR Digital X-ray
Denver is a great city that is growing like crazy. We have sunshine 300 days a year! Mild winters with the mountains a short drive away to ski, bike, and hike. Outdoor paradise. Relocated to the current location on the 3rd floor of a 5 story building 2 years ago with fantastic views of the mountains and the city. They are currently updating the entire building. During the move, we also installed a brand new 40kw digital DR wireless x-ray system($60K). Current lease in the building is good for 5 years. The office is 1380 sq. ft. total. There is a massage room built out, and rented at $600/month. There is also a Nutrition office. The building has it's own parking lot, and 2-hour street parking right out front.
Last year we collected $145K with only 1 front desk staff and before we rented out the massage room. In 2014 the practice was doing $317K in collections with proper marketing. With a little effort, this practice will be right back up there again. 85% Cash office. Not currently in-network with any insurance providers.
It's currently a CBP office with 2 adjusting tables, 2 power plates($20K), Pope 2-way, 2 supine lumbar tractions, and lateral cervical Chiro Trac traction unit, and a supine cervical compression extension table. I also utilize posture ray x-ray analysis ($5,000) for great reports for patients and PI cases. 5 computers in the office. EHR is web-based Chirofusion with electronic billing.
