With 4 current treatment rooms (currently set up for 3 adjustment rooms and 1 for massage therapy) there is additional space for growth. The reception area has 2 desks, waiting room has seating for 8+ people, one patient bathroom, storage space in the back and the doctor’s private office has its own bathroom and kitchen. Street parking in the front and side with 3 private parking spaces in the rear of building. Lots of foot traffic being in town near the main grocery store and a couple blocks away from the BYU-I campus. Nearby is any outdoorsman’s dream, with tons of skiing, fishing, camping, hiking, hunting, sand dunes, and Yellowstone National Park. The practicing doctor currently uses activator technique on most patients, but does some diversified technique, He is willing to help train a new doctor with the activator technique to ensure easy transition to the new doctor.
