13 Year Established Practice 300 new patients/yr
This is a Palmer/Diversified practice using heat and soft tissue manipulation as therapies. It is pretty much 100% patient referral with no advertising budget. I’ve had 300 new patients per year for the past 13 years.
At the moment I average 100 patient visits per 3 1/2 day week. Patient visits range between 80-120/wk.
The town has only one other chiropractic office and has a draw of approximately 15,000 people. With the office across from the new Wal-Mart, the location is excellent.
The practice is valued at 115-125K but for family reasons I am moving to another state and need to sell soon. Therefore I am asking 75K. This is a great opportunity for a chiropractor who needs to walk into a 6 figure income with little effort and WITHOUT waiting.
