Guaranteed Base Salary:
Year one- $45,000
Year two- $50,000
Year three- $55,000
PLUS
When the office hits monthly gross collections of:
17,500= 500 Bonus
20,000= 750 Bonus
25,000= 1200 Bonus
30,000= 2K Bonus
40,000= 3K Bonus
50,000= 5K Bonus
60,000= 8K Bonus
70,000= 10K Bonus
80,000= 12K Bonus
90,000= 15K Bonus
100,000= 20K Bonus
PLUS
In Quarter 1, if you collect 75,000 or above = 5K BONUS
In Quarter 2, if you collect 100,000 or above – 5K BONUS
Cash buyout at anytime for $400,000.
If Doc remains an employee, after year 4, they gain 15%
off buyout price each year worked up to 60%
