Cedar Springs Chiropractic is looking for a top-notch exam doctor who wants to learn, grow and make a huge difference in their community and beyond. You will learn how to run and grow a successful structural corrective family practice. The successful applicant must have the vision to work within the practice as an associate doctor once the 12-month exam doctor contract is over. Compensation is set between 40,000 to 50,000 for the year.
The successful applicant will be driven to serve and a student of the profession; coachable and willing to continually learn.
The ideal candidate can be graduated from a chiropractic college but not yet licensed. Familiarity with and/or willingness to learn Thompson, Diversified and Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) is a must. They will learn to be comfortable adjusting children and performing manual adjustments to people of all sizes and to adjust in a time-efficient manner. They will also learn to be an excellent communicator and be willing to live and be invested in the community.
The successful applicant will create a 2-year marketing calendar in advance, with expectations of growth over that time. Every assistance they need to help grow will be offered; including mentoring directly with Dr. Mark Del Cantero and professional coaching through Warrior Coaching.
Once an associate, the successful candidate will be expected to adjust on Saturdays, as well as throughout the week.
