Elite Spine is a relatively new and growing clinic located just on the outskirts of the central business district (CBD) in beautiful Singapore. We are offering a genuine opportunity to practice alongside our director and learn to employ the systems developed and refined over his 8+ years here. Most importantly, you will learn vital communication strategies and tactics to excel with the diverse range of patients you will come across in the local market.

Our brand is looking to establish ourselves as a quality leader in conservative care, combining modern chiropractic with rehabilitation and other therapies. Thus, D.C.'s with experience treating extra-spinal conditions, performing soft tissue therapies and prescribing exercises are preferred. Also, D.C.'s with at least 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred; however, we will train highly qualified new graduates.

Our clinic systems and infrastructure are in place, and we are poised for the growth phase of the company over the coming 1-2 years. Attractive base salary plus commissions available. For those able to communicate and retain patients, 6 figures should be achievable within the first year of practice. The right candidate may also work themselves into a position of equity sharing or eventual clinic ownership as we expand and open satellite locations.

The landscape of chiropractic has changed a lot in Singapore over the past 6-8 years. High volume "wellness" practices pushing people for 60-80 visits, year long care plans are under increasing scrutiny by both the public and government. Some of the larger chain companies are notorious for churning through associates, questionable contract stipulations, and other tactics which are looked down upon both within and outside of our profession here.

Will you need to work hard to learn our systems and the intangibles for successful practice here? Absolutely. But you will not be made to go and work degrading "road shows" / "spinal screenings" frequently on your off days, nor will you be made to adjust 50-60+ people per day to earn a good salary.
