The new doc is replacing a doc who was really good. I need at least as good, but BETTER would be an easier transition for our patients. Basically someone who can deliver smooth, precise and comfortable adjustments by hand and instrument.

Physical therapy is an important part of our protocol and we have set systems that work and must be learned as part of the position. Basic V.Janda / Liebenson / SFMA knowledge is a bonus.

Doctor must be willing to work with Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant and Acupuncturist. We take a team approach to healthcare and treat complex problems integrating stem cells, prp and other medical services when needed on specific cases. Not all cases are co-managed, but you must be open to working with other professionals in our office setting.

I also need someone who has:
> Great communication skills
> Has no quot back offquot on talking to their patients about referrals
> We get A LOT of referrals. So...doc is able to get a referral SCHEDULED (that's as a finished product: someone who is scheduled on the books -vs- just a lead)
> Can get the referral and then get them scheduled (on the books) same or next day! Same day is ideal!
> Can get all of their patients to participate in health seminars lectures in the office.
> Is interested in being part of a TEAM (we all pass batons and work closely together!)

Our treatment protocol consists of some pre-adjustment exercise/training through cervical exercise units, wobble chairs, then our patients get a pre-adjustment myofascial massage and then the chiro adjusts them. Followed up with rehabilitative exercises.

The great part for the docs: We don't require our treating doctors to do outside marketing, hire fire staff, see new patients for their consultation or report, or manage any staff. We have all the support staff here so that the doctor can diagnose, treat, get referrals, do the objectives within the exam, and continually educate patients through daily drops of chiropractic, in house workshops and seminars.
