This course will explore the ergonomic and technological factors that have contributed to the decreasing integrity of the core musculature in today’s society. In this course doctors will learn how to identify weak core musculature and to objectively gauge such weaknesses. Doctors will then review the anatomy of the core muscles and the divisions of the inner and outer core muscles.
The course will also cover the mechanism of why and how a strong core can contribute to an increased recovery rate for their patients and a decrease in re-occurrences. These principles of physics will be discussed in terms that can be relayed to patients in a logical and understandable manner.
We will then establish a sensible protocol for designing an effective core exercise program that can be easily performed in your office or at home.
Doctors will be given the opportunity to preform these exersices to experience the effectivness of them.
